Mr. Perez has advised governments, numerous Fortune 500 companies, prominent private equity groups, hedge funds and other financial institutions on complex cross-border acquisitions, covering a range of sectors.

Alejandro Rosales Mayr is a Senior Director at Frontera Capital Advisors, specializing in corporate finance, M&A, and turnaround management across Latin America and the Caribbean. With more than 17 years in corporate & investment banking, asset management, and private equity (PE), he provides tailored financial solutions for companies, PE & credit firms, institutional investors, and financial institutions.

Christopher J. Hernandez specializes in assessing and evaluating IT environments, processes, and risks. He has advised leading clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in the technology, hospitality, retail, and banking industries. Mr. Hernandez holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.

He has significant experience advising both private and public sector clients throughout the region, specializing in financial planning and reporting, restructuring, and operational turnarounds.

Amanda N. Perez performs complex financial and market analyses for clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, hospitality and telecommunications. Ms. Perez has served on client matters throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She is a member of the Columbia University Alumni Association and the Ransom Everglades Alumni Association.
Strategic Operations Coordinator
Mitzi manages cross-functional projects, streamlines business processes, and provides support in compliance and due diligence engagements. She has worked on initiatives spanning auditing, compliance, budgeting, and cost-optimization strategies, in her roles with Deloitte Mexico, Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Best Day, and Millenium Machinery.
