Mitzi Carmona

Mitzi is a Strategic Operations Coordinator at Frontera Capital Advisors. She delivers strategic financial and operational consulting and plays a key role in supporting cross-functional projects, streamlining business processes, and providing support in compliance and due diligence engagements.

 

Prior to going Frontera, Ms. Carmona has worked on initiatives spanning auditing, compliance, budgeting, and cost-optimization strategies, in her roles with Deloitte Mexico, Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Best Day, and Millenium Machinery. She has managed procurement and bidding for national infrastructure projects, strengthened regulatory alignment in the travel sector, and led commercial strategy and cost optimization in industrial services. With solid experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the U.S., Mitzi continues to strengthen her expertise in financial and operational consulting.

 

Beyond her professional role, Ms. Carmona is actively engaged in business and community organizations, including COPARMEX, the Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the Little Lighthouse Foundation. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Enterprise Engineering from UTTEC in Mexico, with a specialization in Marketing. Ms. Carmona currently resides in Miami and is fluent in Spanish.
