About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic team, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Financial Restructuring. In this role, you'll play a critical part in executing complex transactions, providing analytical support, and contributing to the strategic financial advisory services we offer our clients.
Requirements
As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in all stages of transaction execution. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Performing in-depth valuation analyses using a variety of methodologies.
Preparing compelling presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
Conducting comprehensive company and industry research to inform our advisory services.
Reviewing and evaluating critical materials provided by prospects and clients.
Actively participating in and contributing to all phases of transaction executions.
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
Required Skills:
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment, manage tasks independently, and readily assume a high level of responsibility.
Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with an aptitude for synthesizing large amounts of information efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
Familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean markets.
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred: Master's Degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline).
Language Proficiency:
Required: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
