Senior Associate

Miguel is a Senior Associate at Frontera Capital Advisors, a Miami-based firm focused on M&A, capital raising, and restructuring across the U.S. and Latin America. He delivers in-depth financial, strategic, market, and research analysis to support complex transactions and strategic decision-making for clients across a broad range of industries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Miguel began his career in Ernst & Young’s Risk Advisory practice, where he supported clients across internal controls and operational risk. He later transitioned into corporate development within the healthcare sector, working with both publicly traded companies and private-equity–backed platforms. In these roles, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance, and executing roll-up strategies across high-growth verticals.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University. He currently resides in Miami and is fluent in Spanish.
